Scam Alert




Have you heard of the SCAM COMPANIES in Malaysia?

Today I received a call from Pacific Asiawide Group. They interviewed me on the phone and gave me the job scope and company informations.

1st. I'm quite suspicious about the grammar and words she used during the conversation. If it is a international company, how come she speaks like a form 5 students?

2nd. I checked google and type " Pacific Asiawide Group " and found full of complaints on lowyat.com and some other blogspots.

Well, if you are trying to apply job in Pacific Asiawide Group, Please double check through online before paying a visit.

      Yes.. Now i know already because i have visited and training for 4 days at there on this week (22 April 2019-26 April 2019). After interviewing and the next day i come. Until the day 4, Once i reached sign to agreement, it was suspicious that something gies wrong in the agreement. From what i do is i just leave the office and didn't care the agreement that on the table. It was so scared for me when i read all 10 agreement. But for me is this is my first experience with that terrible company and all guests / staff are working there.

      Hey there. I'm not familiar with that, but I'll try to chip in and help you out (cause this thread is long dead).

      After a quick check on their Facebook page, I notice they collaborates with Salesworks. That's a red flag cause majority (if not, all) of the companies are under Salesworks. They are legally registered, but what goes on behind the scenes is a different story. Long story short, try avoiding companies that collaborates/works for/with Salesworks. Each of this companies uses the same system and often crossover with one another.

    How did you know Centurion Marketing Group Sdn Bhd is a scam?? ---I didn't know until I was there. After my first interview, I was informed the very next day that I got the job. So I was called for the so called "second interview". The so called "Second interviewed" was a field trip to "door-to-door" cheating innocent people to buy their product. I felt so low-life walking beside the scammer. I remember a lady made a donation to the WWF, she pay RM200++ for 6 months installment, and the scammer gets RM100++ commission. The lady didn't even know. swt. ohmygoodness, the commission is 50++% !!

      hai utk yg bertanya. mostly these "marketing" company are a legit company cumanya if you have morality you wouldn't continue working there la. it's commission based company. whether utk mintak org sign up for donation or jual product. but for each person yg sign up or beli product tu, the staff got commission worth more than the donation. for MAKNA, if the donation for monthly is rm38, the commission is rm47. sadly enough most of the staff did lie in order to market and get more sales. they would literally say anything to make people sign up. there have been cases where for donations supposedly can get tax exemption receipts but this one lady stated that she haven't received one for 3 years. but the donation still ongoing cutting from her account. this is recent case from Excelsior Capital Network. only discovered this after i work there for 2 weeks.

    Hi, i just got call from oasific asia group. They ask me to come the iv n offer me management trainee position. I make search about the company and found many complaint about this company at laowyat website. I wonder that there are two position at jobstreet which event crew and entry level management. I got entry level management position. I've read the complaint at lowyat about entry crew position and job discription at jobstreet about this two positipositin also different.it is the job scope actually same? N this only their strategy to cought people? Should i go for the iv??

    I just got called from nasad...went for interview abd they tell me they are soing unicef campaign which many people say its a scam.

    So im thinked to call unicef malaysia directly and surprisingly they acknowledge this nasad as theirgenuine representative.

    lucky i google this company pacific asiawide group , they phone me today inviting me to come for a job interview at mid valley, even thought I live far away in seremban, what a waste of time and money i would of spent if i had gone. lucky i read all the reviews and bad feedback. and hence decided not to go for the interview with these scam artists.

    I was "employed" by Centurion Marketing Group. At first I was "promised" stuffs and "certain" job functions only. When I started work, it was so different from what I was "promised"! The Centurion Marketing Group boss is also very bias. I joined that company with a dream but it was destroyed and I was given empty promises and lies!!!!! They said they practised "open communication" but all is BS!!!!! I complaint my dissatisfaction to APPCO GROUP but it was ignored!!!!! Avoid any companies associated with APPCO GROUP ..... including APPCO GROUP itself!!!!!!!!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!

    If you go for a first interview, they'll surely reveal that they're associated with APPCO GROUP. If you attended the first interview and found out they're associated with APPCO GROUP, then just forget it and don't waste your time with them. It's better for you to work with other proper company or even with McDonald's coz I truly advise anyone from joining any companies associated with APPCO GROUP. They'll advertise glamorous positions in Jobstreeet and mostly of them will advertise a lot in mudah.my but the job will be very different from what they advertised and whatever they promised to you in the interview. Those companies are COMMISSION BASED ONLY and NO BASIC SALARY ..... NO SALES THEN NO MONEY!!! JOIN THOSE COMPANIES AT YOUR OWN RISK COZ YOU HAVE MORE TO LOSE THAN GAIN!!! WARN YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS ABOUT APPCO GROUP AND IT'S COMPANIES BEFORE THEY FALL INTO THE TRAP!!!

    budak fresh graduate katakan. exp pon tak cukup. tetiba dpt call drp 3 company. punyalah seronok.

    check online, background x jumpe. kite kan memang dah diajar background company kene check dulu. but i was like, "baru lagi ni. bagi can lah."

    one of them even email me the location, so i was giving this one full chance, the other two is pretty much Pacific and Nasad (already confirmed shit)

    so just now i went to the place and the building is SOOO empty! like from morning till night there are almost no people there.

    when I enter the front, at the receptionist terang-terang sebut APPCO. aku pon jerit lah dalam otak, "SHIIITT!"

    but i go through anyway, and this is what I got

    99% times spent within the first interview is him talking about how good the company is. And I'm just sitting there (not even in an office; buat dekat bilik meeting) hearing him out.

    No basic salary and commission based only. F--K YOUR COMMISION! Sedap je mulut kate "semua pekerja kat sini taknak basic salary." SAPE TAKNAK BASIC SALARY! IT'S ONE WAY TO PROVE HOW THE COMPANY CARES FOR YOU! YOU ALREADY HAVE COMMISSION BASING ON THE SALES, WHY TAKE AWAY OUR SALARY!?

    dgn ritual mengarut pagi-pagi buta pulak tu. You know, if i had to come there 8 in the morning, I expect to actually go straight to work. Bayangkan satu kelas yg 5-10 minit main je? Nak duduk dalam kelas tu? Aku taknak!

    He say like sales is easy to be done. 1 week RMx00, 1 month dapat bla bla bla. But then if one week is a shit week for me, 0 sales means 0 commission, right? Ko ingat aku fail math ke ha!?

    And this whole talk about self-employment; If I want a self-employment, I can do it by myself. I don't need any other bullshit like helping and some other shit.

    You don't call this a company, okay? You call this a shitty way to get money. It's not even high risk high return. It's a gamble! You wasted your budget just to stress out for the 6 days trying to meet ends but with no guarantee of success whatsoever, not to mention you have to shout like a monkey every morning, and you paid a heavy price if you failed once.

    Lucky for me, I used my brain to see this through. I'm not that stupid to just accept this bullshit that clearly tiring my brain out.     This is the worst company ever! The systems are no different than MLM. During I began to work in the company, I was introduced to my leader. When I looked at my leader, he's kinda shifty & unconvincing to me. How come a leader still using an old device? WTF?! I could afford a high end smartphone when I worked as a sale leader back in my day. I'm expecting that I'm gonna work as what I applied in my position but ended up becoming a salesman. Everyday I'm pleading money to pedestrians by presenting about UNICEF over and over. Convincing them to support the program. It's such a low life for my education level. They said they are working for UNICEF. But I don't know where the money actually gone. The most awkward thing is every morning you need to gather by doing semi circle. Then they will starting doing a cult-like rituals (ringing the bell or knock the going then run like an idiot giving hi5s to everyone) and giving some "brainwashing" treatment. God damnit! Everyone in the room is believing the lies which promised them for fast promotion! Oh dear Lord! How naive they can be?! I work there for a week then I fled and looking for a new job. Additionally, I heard some people which I believed they are former workers gave such negative comments. Anyone of them said: "How long you gonna be like this? You and beggars are no different. Do some other jobs!" Damn I feel like a fool doing this thing! Selling drugs or being a bapak ayam is better than doing this. At least I know I'm that doing wrong. They are such an abomination. Fresh graduates always being their victims. For those who are seeking for a new job, BETTER NOT TO WORK FOR THIS DEVIL CORPORATION!

    I just received a call for interview tomorrow, this is 2nd time they call after 2 month.. its chinese lady who call, well she speak bahasa very well and am the one who speak english, i was weird coz normally people who doing sales or any kind job they will ask about our skill and ability but this lady just ask basic Q, and surprisingly she ask in bahasa??? Am not down grade our mother language but its really weird tho!!! Am google and found out its a scam company, by the way last thursday i went to bangsar attend interview, the place was apposite pelita nasi kandar, its a house but claim doing trading and so on.. the company name AMRIG INTERNATIONAL also a scam.. poor guys who already work there last few day and month.. we do search the property n i found so many police longe report by ex staff their.. the CEO clain he is royal highness and so on.. he performing solat, and always look like he is good muslim, but he refuse to listen to the staff what r the problems and ask we all do nonses things n job.. its not in our job description at all, i found ex staff phone number all i did call them, its really frustrating after knowing that i was working with scam compny, i look for company file to look the trading transaction but there is no evidence!!! He show his cd about his trip meeting vvip hahaha really funny, there is so much i want to share.. but pleas be carefull on company that name AMRIG n CENTURION ORG.... ist a scam!!!

      Went for the interview last year December. Someone by the name of Syafiq was attending to me. He is a very well mannered local guy who speaks Arabic fluently. As a job seeker when you see such a luxury office suite, your jaw would dropped right away. The first interview with the 'Royal Highness' was okay and Syafiq called me again for second interview. The second iv was when i received the offer letter. My salary at that moment was 8K++, he is giving me 1200 as he claimed that is the legal salary in Malaysia for new staff and his company is newly built in Malaysia so will need time to increase wage. He talked about solat, halal rezeki n stuff. I said I needed to think about it first but Syafiq insisted I must accept the offer, else the 'Royal Highness' would be so upset. I signed the letter for the sake of leaving the suite. As I was seating outside, I asked the earlier lady who went into the room before me and she too got the job , RH offered her 3500rm in pay. I am genuinely happy for her and wished her luck working there. The next day I wrote an email to Syafiq telling him I'm not able to report for duty for personal reason. The lady whom I met at the suite called me and asked why I'm not in yet and I told her I wouldnt be able to survive with 1200 so I wont be joining them. I asked her how is everything there and she said RH gave her a bunch of task to settle and she cant talk much at that moment. We discontinue the call. I wonder if she is doing okay there now. It is so sickening to see these people taking advantage of others who are trying to make a living. Btw I'm sharing the 'office' information here. Hopefully no one else would fall into his trap.

    Hi guys, kepada yang baru dapat iv mari aku nak cerita gak. Company ni nama OA Sdn Bhd. Tengah hari isi form, petang dia call dapat pegi iv. (Basic rm2300 beb siapa x excited).

    Macam biasa kita mesti check Company bg, check punya check, bapak banyak nama OA ni. Tapi betul2 OA sdn bhd ni xda, mcm x wujud. Location dia bagi dekat Cheras (Maukerja). Dia call, nama Melissa, cakap Melayu fluent, sikit lagi nak terpikat.

    So aku google sampai dapat sebab aku duk jauh, jauh beb. Akhirnya apa aku jumpa website ni, cakap yg diorang ni dtg dari pelbagai nama company, mujurlah dia selitkan sekali nama CENTURION ORGANISATION.

    Cek punya cek, nama dia kat TrueCaller ID (android benefits) is Mia Sara. Kat situ dah pelik. Cek lagi job oppurtunity ada dekat SK(Sri Kembangan), number yang dia bagi sama 018-2074575 tapi nama Intan pulak. Nampak permainan dia kat situ.

    So, aku pun decide untuk reject offer tu. Based from I see from comments all of you guys, dia sebiji macam direct selling, or worse, no basic salary, rude boss and more. They hurt our soul and stab our heart. May your company will be bring to Justice.

    I saw few jobs related to Marketing on Jobstreet posted by a company called SD Infinity sdn bhd, so I applied one of them as the job met my expected salary. I was called for an interview after half an hour, and I went to the interview next day. I researched the company on Google, less information about the company except Info about their establishment in 2016 (registered in 2016), the website is upgrading, I could view nothing, I even searched on Facebook, all about employees photos.

    During the interview day, I could see many candidates preparing for the interview, I was like, lollll. The interviewer asked whether I had applied for "front line desk officer", I was like "huh?", I answered, "the job that I applied for was Event brand representative". She replied, oh well, actually they are the same. From here, I knew that they play tricks on Jobstreet, using different job title to attract different people, but actually they are the same role. The interview process was quite normal, when I asked the interviewer about the job scopes, she explained the company background etc and emphasize on face-to-face marketing for big companies. And that was the end, I got no chance to ask more lol. She asked me to go home and wait for the call.

    By the end of the day, I received a call, and they asked me to have a second appointment with them the next day. And I said okay. The next day, the so called "second appointment" was to join their regular morning meeting. A guy took me to a office tour, and I asked him about the job. Okay, this job has got no basic salary, all commission based, got sales got money, no sales no money. I asked, "what sales? Find clients to work with the company?" (I was too naive, because it stated it's a marketing company lol). That's a No, sales = sell products. I got a big question mark in my head. "What products???", I asked. Then the guy said they have few projects, the one that he handles is perfume named Klover. He said he will get commission when close a deal, about RM80 per set (the perfume set is priced at RM300,4 x 100ml). Basically, they will have roadshow, and they sell the perfume to customers. The guy again said, the other team is under "charity", whenever they get a customer to donate to the organization such as WWF, Suka, Makna, UNICEF etc, they will get RM80-100 commission. Lolllllll,the so called “charity”.

    All of the sudden, the promotion session or sharing session began. The owner introduced the people who get promoted and gave them a certificate. Then the people shared their experiences and their milestones etc.

    In conclusion, I have totally no interest in such company. For me, it's abit like MLM or insurance company, after you achieve certain sales, you can build your own team, you coach them, and you can get commission from the total sales from the team. You can climb the "corporate ladder" step by step from Team leader to senior team leader to assistance owner and finally owner. Owner means you can register a company as you have many members under you already. So, SD infinity is here. There are many so called marketing companies who serve the same purpose, all under Appco Group. The companies are:

    - Absolute organisation
    - Ascentia group marketing pte Ltd
    - Vieworks organisation
    - Forte organisation
    - Zeal organisation
    - Eden Cube Marketing
    - Destiny Organisation
    - Trilliant Organisation

    - GM Acquisition
    - New Generation
    - Anteception
    - H.I.P Enterprise

    It's not a bad thing if you like this kind of environment or system. It's up to you whether you want to go for an interview or not. For me, it's not my thing. I hope my post can help people who are confused.

    I ignored my first interview with Pacific Asiawide Corporation about 2 weeks ago and today they called me again and arrange my interview session tomorrow morning. haha.. They're really wanted fresh graduates and you can see that they are really cares about you . not 1 people will text you but 2 or 3. From that I know its a scam because real companies will not be really really care like that nowadays.
    Same goes to Pentagon Business Center at Ampang Park. They also do a same things.
    Targeting fresh graduates, go to training for a week, pay some money for investment to their company and you get nothing. SERIOUSLY!

      Dont ever go for an interview at this company called Pentagon Business Centre. The true nature of your job there will not be clear till you have joined them as a staff. During the training, some of the managers will ask you whether you have told any of your friends about the so called job opportunity that they provide. Their talk about commissions is just so convincing. They will say the clients will come to the office daily and you just have to deal and advise them based on the IT software that they asked you to install on your smartphone. But instead of that, you as a staff will be asked to focus on hiring new workers on a reason that the new workers could be your potential client who could invest under you and subsequently earn you the commission that they always told you during training. Furthermore, i asked one of the workers about the period she waited before she gets a client offered by the company. She told me that she have to wait for a month to get such clients and the most shocking news is her first client is none other than her own mother. 2 other staffs which is an Indian girl and an Indian woman, Naressha and Liona are just scumbags. I have observed that whatever comes out from Naressha`s mouth, be it about commission or any enquiry about the business enquiries, all are just lies. As for Liona, she cant seem to stop minding about other people`s business. I was shell shocked by this kind of manipulation and cheap tactics of the company and immediately told the manager there i wanted to resign with immediate effect. So guys, please be careful with this company, PENTAGON BUSINESS CENTRE, located near Ampang Park LRT,a-3a-3, level 3a . 157 hampshire, no 1, jalan mayang sari 50450 kl

    Oh my god I am so shocked. I got an interview tomorrow with NX Dimension. But the address is same with Centurion & Nasad. This made me feel very insecured. How could these company still exist and actively offering vacancies at well known job vacancy website like Jobstreet & Maukerja. This is disgusting! How could these scam companies preying on fresh graduate that wanted a chance for a good career. Thank god I did some digging on the company before the interview.

      Did you go for the iv bcs i recieved the same offer just now. I did my own research an am starting to think that nx dimension is the same company as centurion bcs they are both registered under the same location which is a level 24, wisma goldhill,jalan raja chulan.
      So i dont think its a good idea to even come for an interview there. (But it really depends on the person too. Im no longer interested for the job but good luck for the others!)

      DAMN, i just got called from NX dimension on scootjobs just now and make a research abt the company but its all like the same ! im about 50% to go iv tomorrow. can somebody convince me? to go or not.

      i thought this one is different. before this last 2 years ive go through all iv and training at nasad, but within 2 days im quit the job. its sucks! you hv to sells some charity to public and have to practice until u brave enough to speak and achieve ur target. and its all abt charity. hmm how hard to get a job nowadays.

      I'd advise you against joining. They have weird working ethnics and are unprofessional & unorganized. Your working hours differs each day (with 6 working days a week). Their meetings are never on time, and can take up to 30 minutes to start a meeting. And I hope you're aware that the salary is commission-based only (no basic salary as advertised in the job portals). They also focus more on recruitment to bring in more income for the company (huge red flag as this can be considered a pyramid scheme disguised as a MLM) As they do F2F business, they also tend to lie to their customers/public to get them to sign up to the charities they are representing.

    so funny. this companies actually are not scam for the clients like UNICEF, WWF, MAKNA, etc. but they're scam for us, THE FRESH GRADS. actually it is not a bad thing to try these company, cause you actually learn something and improve your skills. working here, if u have zero commitments and have big capital, you will success here. if you're looking for real money and is a breadwinner better dont. because all the commissions, you have to roll again for the travelling expenses and so on since they are not provided. you good enough, you will definitely have huge benefits. no use you go make police report, they're registered company.

    A correction a bit for Pacific Asiawide Group. We are not a scammers. We sell a legal product. We attach with Zurich Takaful itself. We dont take any single cents from customers. Because the guy who called u cant really communicate well, doesnt mean we are a scammers. And u didnt even come to our interview, how did u know we are a scammers? By a spread rumours is it? Is that how matured people really listens to? I am working there. I get my salary according to my effort. They didnt cheat me regarding my salary. We have a payslip as well. Everything is complete. Except that u are a lazy persons and not suitable doing outdoor sales, doesnt mean the company is a scamm because it doesnt suits u.. Think wise all.. If there is anyone need a job,with a minimum of 5 creds in SPM certificate, do email me. We are not a salesman. We are building our team, to have our owb branch obe day.

    Aku sumpah hidup pekerja2 company scam ni yang panggil orang interview hidup tak tenang sampai bila bila.... bila panggil interview dia elak sebut pasal no basic salary, direct selling, salesman job, dia tak sebut langsung. Dia jerat org2 innocent dengan tiltle jobs yang misleading. Babi punya hr. Aku nasihat buat research betul betul sebelum pegi interview. Tanya jobs cope and salary. Kalau kau islam lah... tolong lah cari kerja yang tak menipu kak oi, best dapat gaji haram.. tak kesian je dengan budak budak yang kau tipu?

      Hai, I pegi.. tp sampai level 2 company nama lain, even tgk kt board building, pn salah. I balik jela.. buang masa.. I call company yg I apply tu tanya ada tak dia post kerja kosong tak, and yes ada.. tapi belum set date to call iv.. After this, I need to ask nama company dlu before pegi iv.. Patutlah rasa tak best arini..
